History

LIM Consulting and Sales, Inc. began in June 2005 as a new phase in the ongoing career of the founder.
Seeking further challenge, this phase was generally planned over a period of 2 years prior to forming the Corporation.
The plan was simple but the thought of implementation and execution was somewhat overwhelming.
Once potential clients understood and embraced the LIM approach (removal of complexity, empowerment of ownership at the source, and closed loop business managment systems) apprehension was replaced with enthusiasm.

Mission Statement

To increase the bottom line margin of our clients by utilizing the “Less is More” approach.

Develop and implement simple yet effective methods to achieve excellence in all areas of Business and Supplier Management by removing complexity and empowering ownership of processes at the source. Customize and personalize these processes allowing users from the floor level to the highest levels of management the responsibility and authority to embrace their work and realize a true vision of the organizational needs as a whole.

Personal

28 years of experience in all facets of manufacturing with 20 of those years as Tier One Supplier to the automotive sector.
Positions held include Engineering Mgr., Manufacturing Mgr., Sales Mgr., and Quality Mgr.
The variety of these positions is a direct result of Mike’s commitment to re-organize departments so that they operate in “cruise control” with no need for micro-management.
With a focused approach, he has developed a method based on enthusiasm, firm beliefs, and consistency that clearly provides a much larger picture of any organization’s goals, objectives, and future. With this larger view taught at the floor level, new ideas, continuous improvement, and increased margins become standard operating principles.

Mike is trained and IRCA certified to audit Business Management Systems based on ISO-9001:2000, TS-16949, & ISO-14001:2004.
